Wow! It's been a long time! I actually got on the treadmill today and ran. I have been reading about Sarai's training to get ready for her marathon training and felt inspired. I really don't know the distance I ran, the treadmill says one thing and my Nike + says something else. All i know is that I fluctuated in incline ( i did a programmed run) between 2% to 5% and I tired to keep it at a comfortable pace. Towards the end, I did increase my speed and finished at a 6. Not too bad. It felt good to run again. Hopefully this won't be a once a month thing. I need to get back to feeling good again! Happy running!
